The part of your week you hate is probably a form, a follow-up, or the same question again.
Chasing invoices, retyping the same form, answering the same question forty times a day. I build AI that does those jobs so you don't have to.
Based in Ambler, PA. I work with businesses I can drive to.
What I build
| 001 | "We miss calls and texts after hours." AI receptionist Answers texts and books real appointments, 24/7. This is the one I already built. See it running → | Live now |
| 002 | "I spend my nights writing quotes instead of being home with my kids." Quote & estimate drafting Send a photo or fill out a form, get a drafted quote back. You review it and hit send. Nothing goes out on its own. | |
| 003 | "I hate being the guy who has to ask for money." Invoice follow-up Automatic reminders that get a little firmer over time and stop the second someone pays. | |
| 004 | "We do great work and nobody knows because we never ask for reviews." Review requests & replies A text after every visit asking for a review, plus draft replies to the ones you get. You approve everything before it posts. Most owners never ask. It's the easiest yes on this list. | |
| 005 | "My inbox is a disaster and I know I'm missing something important." Inbox triage Sorts what's urgent from what isn't, drafts replies to the routine stuff, gives you a daily digest. I run this on my own inbox every day. | Daily |
| 006 | "Someone retypes the paper intake sheets into the computer every night." Paper form digitizing Photograph the form, AI reads it and fills in a spreadsheet. A person still checks it before it's final. | |
| 007 | "I know I should post more but I never have anything ready." Social post drafting Send two photos and a line about what you did this week. Get 2-3 captions back, ready to post. | |
| 008 | "I answer the same 20 questions every day." FAQ responder A text or website chat that answers from your actual hours, prices, and policies. Anything it doesn't know gets sent straight to you. It never guesses. |
CPA firms chasing documents, wholesale accounts chasing weekly orders, property managers triaging maintenance requests, caterers writing proposals by hand. See eight more examples, described for the kind of business each fits →
Will this replace my staff?
No. It picks up the texts nobody has time for at 9pm on a Tuesday. It doesn't cut hair, fix a furnace, or run your shop, your people still do that. Think of it as covering the phone when everyone's busy or already gone home, not a replacement for anybody on your team.
Proof, not a pitch
Here's one I already built. It's running right now. Texts come in, it answers, checks real availability, and books the appointment. Nights, weekends, whenever. It's a demo business I run myself to show you the real thing, not a client, so you can see exactly what a build looks like before you spend a dollar.
It's a live demo. Text it as much as you want, I won't call you or add you to a list.
No client list yet. I'm not going to invent a customer story to make this feel safer than it is. If you work with me, you'd likely be among my first clients in your line of work. I don't carry professional liability insurance yet and I'm upfront about that rather than implying coverage I can't back up.
Who's behind it
Josh, Founder & Engineer, JF Strategic Advisors
My day job is building and deploying AI inside some of the largest companies in the country. On the side, I build the same kind of thing for businesses around Ambler.
A free walkthrough at your shop, a fixed price if we build something, and I'm the one who answers if it breaks. No account manager, no support queue.
No client list yet. Here's how I make that low-risk for you.
I'm not going to invent a customer story to make this feel safer than it is. Depending on what you build with me, you might be my first one in that particular line of work. Here's what I do about that instead of hiding it:
- Fixed price agreed before I write a line of code, never hourly
- You own what gets built, no lock-in contract
- Off switch any time: stop forwarding your number and your old process comes right back
- Cancel the optional care plan anytime, no penalty
- I'm local and reachable, not a call center in another state
- I'll tell you straight if AI isn't the answer for you
Four steps, no pressure at any of them.
Walkthrough
Free, 45 minutes at your shop, or 15 minutes on the phone. I watch how you work and ask questions. No pitch.
Written page back
A one-page writeup: what's eating your time, roughly what it's costing you, and what I'd build first.
Fixed quote
A flat price, agreed before I write a line of code. Nothing starts until you agree to the number.
Build and hand over
Typically live in one to two weeks. It's yours to keep running. An optional care plan covers anything I host, cancel anytime, no contract.
Let's find the part of your week AI can take off your plate.
Free 45-minute walkthrough at your shop, or a 15-minute call if you'd rather start there. I'll tell you straight if AI is worth it for you, no pressure either way.
It's a live demo. Text it as much as you want, I won't call you or add you to a list.
